    Accreditation NCPD/CE

    Lone Star Oncology is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Louisiana State Nurses Association - Approver, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 8.0 contact hours and 2.5 Pharmacotherapeutic contact hours
    To receive contact hours for this nursing continuing professional development activity, the participant must:

    ●   Sign in.
    ●   Attend and be present for the entire presentation. No partial credit will be provided.
    ●   Complete the evaluation after the presentation via a link provided to all participants.
    ●   Certificates will be awarded electronically upon completion of the evaluation.
    Once successful completion has been verified, a “Certificate of Successful Completion” will be awarded for 6.0 NCPD contact hours and 1.5 Pharmacotherapeutic contact hours.
